Iran IP is a law practice devoted entirely to intellectual property in Iran. We help clients obtain, maintain and enforce patents, trademarks and industrial designs, and we advise on how those rights fit into their wider business plans.
Our clients include Iranian inventors and companies building their first portfolio, as well as international businesses entering or already active in the Iranian market. Whatever their size, they share a need for protection that is properly secured and carefully maintained.

Working with international clients
Much of our work comes from businesses and attorneys outside Iran. We understand that they need a local partner who communicates clearly, reports promptly and respects the strategy they have already set for their portfolio.
